People operations management in a high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with company leaders to identify opportunities and long-range HR strategies. Lead HR team globally by driving consistency in HR practices across the domestic and international business. Provide guidance, support and sound judgement to balance needs of the company and needs of the employee when engaging in employee relations investigations, mediation, and counseling of employees. Develop and recommend strategies to improve overall talent management strategy, including strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. Oversee HR department functions including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition & awards, and training and development. Partner with management on labor planning strategies and align talent acquisition, compensation and onboarding. Optimize the total rewards program; analyze trends in compensation and key benefit programs; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure organization attracts and retains top talent. Analyze and report multiple HR metrics to make improvement recommendations to executive leadership. Participate in senior management team with functions to include organizational development, strategic planning, and problem resolution. Manage and optimize HR budget. Partner with Operations and Manufacturing leadership to ensure HR support with Health & Safety requirements. BACKGROUND PROFILE

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences HR credentials strongly preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR 10+ years of HR management experience in a

family-owned or privately held company with 250+ employees 5+ years of Director-level HR leadership with staff supervision

experience and in-depth knowledge of all HR disciplines Experience in a

manufacturing

environment Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and team engagement skills
