STV is seeking an experienced and motivated
Transportation Project Manager
to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. If you are seeking a challenging, rewarding, professional career, the time is right to join STV.
This position would be based in Fort Collins, CO. Functions and responsibilities include: Leading, managing, and overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation teams to deliver transportation projects, including transit. Planning, designing, developing, and delivering capital infrastructure projects for local and regional transportation clients. Participating in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients. Building and strengthening relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners. Preparing fee proposals, participating in negotiations with clients, and reviewing contracts. Serving as the primary client liaison and managing project teams to successfully deliver projects within the established schedules and budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer License in Colorado, or ability to obtain within 6 months, is required. 8 or more years of relevant design and project management experience on transportation infrastructure projects is preferred. Client relationships and experience working with the Colorado DOT, Municipalities, Regional Transportation District, and/or other regional transit and transportation agencies is desired. Strong command of AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil3D, OpenRoads, and/or other design and office software. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Ability to lead and work within multi-disciplinary teams. Active membership and participation in professional societies is encouraged. Compensation Range: $109,063.00 - $145,418.00
