THE RUNDOWN:
The Pharmacy Technician - 340B Program Specialist will be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with all 340B contracted pharmacy partners, CHC/SEKs in-house pharmacy and CHC/SEK clinics. The primary function of the Pharmacy Technician 340B Program Specialist is to ensure compliance with all 340B program rules and regulations. The position will also work closely with CHC/SEKs pharmacy program and will complete other duties as assigned with the overall goal of expanding access to affordable medications for CHC/SEK patients.
Requirements

Conducts regular 340B program compliance audits on contract pharmacies, CHC/SEKs in-house pharmacy and CHC/SEK clinics. Maintain accurate and accessible audit and program records. Assist in the development of a 340B Contract Pharmacy program compliance manual. Assist in the development, implementation and promotion of programmatic resources/tools to support the 340B Program. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers particularly 340B contract pharmacies. Prepares various tracking and reporting measurements to track program statistics and outcomes. Conduct patient and contract pharmacy satisfaction surveys Troubleshoot program issues in conjunction with CHC/SEK pharmacy staff and contract pharmacies Assist in identifying areas of improved efficiency. Travel to contract pharmacies and CHC/SEK clinics. Keeps abreast of trends and issues pertaining to 340B and related pharmaceutical access programs. Maintains records related to job function and contributes to reports. Contributes written materials in order to promote programs or support the department goals. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED:
High school diploma or equivalent. Three to five years Pharmacy Technician experience; minimum of two years in a similar or related role preferred. Pharmacy Technician Kansas License and Nationally Certified as a CPhT, or able to become licensed within one year of employment. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be organized and able to manage/prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, adapts to change in a positive manner, able to work as a part of a team. Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite. Problem solving and evaluation abilities. Able to communicate with others to effectively convey information. Social and cultural sensitivity appropriate to ethnically and economically diverse patient-and employee-base.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Computer work is frequent. Good lighting and comfortable temperature of ventilation at all times. Operating a vehicle is a regular requirement of the position. :::
