Job Overview Buckeye State Bank is seeking a qualified, experienced Branch Manager for our Bainbridge, Ohio market 101 E. Main Street, Bainbridge, OH 45612. The Branch Manager will represent BSB as a leader in the community.
Duties
Leading and coaching the branch team to deliver exceptional member service, while re-enforcing bank processes and procedures; Promoting and explaining bank products and services to members; Developing a business plan to expand our member and client base; Seeking and taking applications for consumer and residential loans; Participating in leadership committees within the bank to improve operational efficiency, marketing, and throughout the Bank and within the community; Be responsible for overall branch operations, prompt, efficient and accurate processing of member loan and deposit requests, as well as Universal Banker transactions.
Skills
3+ years of banking experience in a supervisory role 2+ years of retail sales and customer service experience Knowledge of bank products Associate's degree or higher in business management/administration, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for potential travel among banks

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
