Role Overview: As the Head of Cloud Services, you will oversee the management and delivery of the companys cloud and IaaS solutions. You will ensure SLA adherence, monitor KPIs, and drive innovation in cloud services, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Development Lead and inspire a globally distributed cloud services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their growth through individual development plans and creating opportunities for career advancement. Promote a collaborative team environment that emphasizes high standards and client satisfaction. 2. Cloud Service Delivery & SLA Management Oversee the delivery of cloud and IaaS services, ensuring compliance with all SLAs and alignment with client expectations. Implement monthly performance reporting on service health, client satisfaction, and team productivity. Collaborate across the organization to ensure that cloud services align with the clients technology strategy and meet evolving client needs. 3. Security & Compliance Lead initiatives to enhance cloud security, including system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability management. Conduct regular security audits and partner with security leadership to address emerging threats, ensuring a resilient and secure cloud environment. Ensure that all cloud services comply with ISO 27001 standards and other relevant security frameworks. 4. Client Relationship Management & Business Development Act as a key point of contact for client escalations, ensuring a client-focused approach to issue resolution. Support business development by identifying opportunities to enhance and expand cloud services, aligning delivery with client growth objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging insights to inform service improvements and new offerings. 5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for cloud service innovation, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and processes that enhance cloud performance and deliver measurable value to clients. 6. Financial & Supplier Management Oversee the cloud services budget, ensuring delivery within the allocated budget while achieving high standards of quality and cost-efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring reliable service delivery and negotiating favorable terms for cloud-related products and services. 7. Documentation, Process, & Change Management Maintain clear, accurate documentation for all cloud services, client engagements, and operational processes. Ensure that effective change control procedures, comprehensive testing, and meticulous planning are in place to maintain stability and scalability.
