Business Analyst

Data Business Analyst Indianapolis, IN- hybrid 6-month contract-to-hire with a target start date of January 2025 Brooksource is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to help support a large healthcare data migration project under our data analytics consulting partner. The systems are outdated and do not provide actionable data the client and their partners in a timely fashion and do not support all of the workflows of the division and its partners. The Business Analyst will help execute the data migration activities including data assessment and documentation, data extraction, transformation, and loading. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the data system project by providing comprehensive requirements analysis, documentation, development, refinement, and use case definition. This role focuses on ensuring that data products and services meet the project's needs and align with overall goals. Key Responsibilities Analyzes and documents detailed business and technical requirements for data products and services Develops and refines use cases to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project objectives Facilitates communication between stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to gather and validate requirements Collaborates with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Assists in the design and development of data solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the project and stakeholders Qualifications The Business Analyst requires substantial knowledge from a minimum of five years experience in business analysis or a related field.
