That's why we need you, a program financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our client's resources can make the most impact. As a program financial analyst on our team, you'll create a financial management strategy to help your client's project succeed. You'll work with our team's financial or budget planning analysts and our client's financial managers or chiefs to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with our team's financial or budget planning analysts and our client's financial managers or chiefs. Experience performing financial and business processes analysis
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution(PPBE) process for allocating resources
Ability to work with functional specialists, automation specialists, contractors, vendors, and customers to automate the client's requirements into automated applications
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with financial planning, or 12+ years of experience with financial planning in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have: Experience with Economic Analysis (EAS), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) estimates, cost-benefit analysis, and other cost analyses with performing root cause analysis
Experience interfacing with mid and senior management level clients to ensure asks are clearly understood and analysis results provide reliable and useful information
Experience assisting with and supporting the development of recommended and required program financial documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
