We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Dallas , TX on a K-12 program. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges.
As a leading member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You’ll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
8+ years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural, Engineering, or Program Management organization
Strong working knowledge of the entire project delivery process, from pre-design through closeout, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Strong ability to understand and review drawings and specifications, submittals, RFI’s, schedules, change orders, and invoices.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Prior construction experience in education building projects
Professional Registered Architect (RA),Professional Engineer Registration (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
