Unified Therapy Services has two pediatric-focused outpatient clinics in Dubuque, Iowa offering physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. We believe in a collaborative approach, working together to address each patients individual needs. Unified Therapy Services is proudly therapist owned and operated since our establishment in 2006; we are a growing company with opportunities for advancement. Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description:
Evaluates and treats speech therapy patients under physicians orders. Completes necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes in a timely manner. Collaborates with other members of the rehabilitation team. Trains individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in activities of daily living and evaluates individuals functional progress. Encourages positive relationships among the health care team, patient, and family. This position will primarily provide services to pediatric patients with occasional opportunity for adult care.

Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-1pm, other hours also available upon request
