You will be a Configuration Data Manager supporting an ADSW program. What You Will Be Doing As the Configuration Data Manager you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
- Coordinating modification records for management control.
- Establishing change orders and preparing for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
- Preparing reports of change effect on overall product.
- Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinating changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
- Ensuring that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
- Analyzing the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) for contract and task compatibility resolving any conflicts.
- Maintaining and revising as needed a Program Directive (PD) to ensure the coordinated establishment and compliance of the data requirements.
- Loading the CDRL/SDRL tracking tool with all required submittals.
- Updating and maintaining the program CDRL/SDRL submittal website.
- Issuing a thirty-sixty-ninety day data delivery schedule; reviewing the contract schedule for changes to gating event dates tied to CDRLs/SDRLs as it progresses through the period of performance.
- Maintaining accurate program CDRL/SDRL metrics and relay reporting to management and the customer.
- Working closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and data owners to coordinate timely CDRL/SDRL submittals.
- Reviewing the enclosure data for compliance with the data item description/contract requirements; drafting and processing the submittal letter through the signature cycle and post the data to the CDRL/SDRL submittal website.
- Tracking CDRL/SDRL submittals requiring approval to closure.
- Reviewing and releasing all informally and formally controlled documents in the Product Lifecycle Management repository.

Basic Qualifications: - Active Secret Clearance with 5-year background investigation. - 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with markings, formatting and handling of documentation. - Experience in reading engineering drawings and documentation. - Proven ability in processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standards. - Ability to ensure that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) Desired Skills: - Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks. - Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and capable of creating status and tracking reports for management and customers. - Experience with Product Data Management tools. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation. - Programming experience with Access databases.
