Financial Analyst
to join our consultant team based in
Honolulu, Hawaii.
You will play a crucial role in managing the sources of funding for theatre security cooperation and exercises at a USINDOPACOM component.
Work Location The Financial Analyst will be located at our worksite in
Honolulu, Hawaii.
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the government representative acting as the primary point of contact for funding customer-led operations activities and investments supporting the command. Develop a host of detailed funds planning, tracking, and execution products in support of the exercise program. These products range in frequency (i.e., monthly, semi-annually, and annually). Create draft and final reports to include all of the changes and formatting objectives as required with complete accuracy. Able to extrapolate information from multiple sources, analyze, and consolidate to a specified format for reporting purposes. Update financial systems of record as required. Qualifications and Experience We Require:
Active DoD security clearance required to start. Thorough understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budget, Execution, and Assessment (PPBE&A) process. Knowledgeable about the USINDOPACOM organization, command relationships, assigned commands, and direct reporting units as well as the political military situation in the Indo-Pacific. Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (i.e., SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., MSWord, Power Point, Excel, etc.). Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions:
The Financial Analyst will primarily work in an office environment. The role may require extended hours during critical assessment periods or in response to urgent operational needs. The analyst must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical demands include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The position may involve attending meetings and briefings, both in-person and virtually, which could require flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones. Who is Reed Charters LLC?
