r will help manage financial reporting, coordinate month-end close and review annual property budgets and analyze variances. This is an excellent role for an experienced

Responsibilities Review financial statement packages, including journal entries, general ledger review, bank reconciliations and balance sheet support schedules Ensure financial packages are completed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner to Property Management leadership Coordinate month-end close and financial statements Review annual property budgets and analyze variances Review audit schedules and respond to auditor requests during financial and SOX audits Interpret complex lease language and review CAM reconciliations Review financial statements variances and provide explanations to management Review financials for errors/issues and determine adjusting entries Review Accounts Receivables and advise AR team on adjustments and escalations Requirements Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field 3+ years of Property Accounting experience preferred, with supervisory or reviewer experience a plus Yardi experience a plus Experience within a commercial real estate company a plus CAM reconciliations preparation or review a plus Publicly traded company experience a plus, not required Highly proficient with Excel required Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success within a corporate accounting department This is an excellent
