In this role, you will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk-based compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and updating written policies and standards of conduct. Leading effective training initiatives for all employees. Managing a compliance committee and conducting thorough compliance and privacy audits. Facilitating open channels for reporting and addressing compliance concerns. Serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors on compliance issues. Staying informed on regulatory changes that impact the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance and privacy, and preferably a Master's degree along with certifications in the field. Your strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and successful change management experience will set you apart.
