Ensure consistent and excellent quality product and service delivery, ensure install and maintenance is produced and quality relationships are established and maintained between operations and sales personnel and with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and others in the area and in the industry. Setting clear and attainable project objectives. Giving direction and support to project team. Providing project reports to the required standard and deadlines. Planning and coordinating resources and technical support. Establishing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules. Monitoring new project information as it emerges. Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools. Assessing project issues and then developing solutions. Making sure that projects do not go over budget. Assembling and coordinating project staff. Qualifications: Prior fire & security technical and/or installation experience. NICET Level II, or higher, in Fire Alarm Systems. Valid driver’s license with good record. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter, independent with supervisory skills Security and background check required Experience installing and servicing Voice and Data, Security, Fire Alarm and CCTV Equipment.
