Job Purpose/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our IT team. This role demands a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management, with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA, Siemens, and PLM technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and integration between Siemens manufacturing operation systems and SAP. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing IT landscape
PR: $70 - $75

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the integration between Siemens manufacturing operation systems and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Design and configure data models, data structures, and endpoints in S/4 HANA to facilitate seamless integration.
- Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor integrations, interfaces and middleware for on-premise, cloud or hybrid scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise solutions and manufacturing integration.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture, with a
significant focus on SAP, Siemens MOM, and PLM technologies.
- Minimum 3 years experience of modern SAP integration technology related to
SAP BTP Integration Suite including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Minimum 3 years experience of delivering SAP API and EDI based integration
solutions for on-premise and hybrid cloud scenarios using integration protocols and adapters.
- Able to lead and manage complex integration projects involving SAP and Siemens
technologies.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, SAP Teamcenter by Siemens, S/4 HANA, 3DX, SAP Intelligent Asset Management, MII, and SAP MDG and Quality module.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and integration with manufacturing shop floor systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of different middleware integration technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of various middleware integration technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with Low Code/No Code development concepts and technologies to support Safety Team LC/NC project requirements.
- Other enterprise solutions deployment experience such as HRIS, BCP, and CRM are nice to have.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Passion for integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance manufacturing operations.
