In this role, you will:
Support Loan Servicing functional areas and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions.
Create, review, research and calculate legal letters that are moderate to complex in nature.
Review, research, process, and respond to inquiries of moderate complexity from internal personnel pertaining to loans and various areas within Loan Servicing and Legal Notices.
Escalate non-routine questions to experienced individuals.
Perform Second Level Reviews of automated Legal Notices to review account information while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate notice delivery.
Recognize and report any inconsistencies found in assigned legal notice processes.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with the following systems, iNotice, Cars, iTop
Experience in legal notice processing and/or second level review.
Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on identifying and resolving errors.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge and understanding of auto policies and procedures.
