Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist 2024-2025

AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are expanding our team on the East Coast and welcome Clinical Fellows for this unique role near Reading, PA!

Clinical Fellow Support:
AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor
Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs
Generous materials stipend for the school year
You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Pennsylvania

Job Description:
Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students
Conduct evaluations of speech and other disorders for children in K-5th grade
Develop individualized treatment plans with goals targeting elementary aged children
Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and other assistive technologies as needed
Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
Engage in continuous professional learning and development through supervision, mentorship, and ongoing education
Work collaboratively with other staff members within the school district including educators, family members, etc.
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-5th Graders
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
