We're looking for a Credit Analyst I to join our ever-evolving Operations Team (within Credit) team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the team The Credit team sit within our Operations function, their primary responsibility is to ensure the risk of loss to Worldpay is minimized. The team is responsible for the monitoring of Merchants accounts that have been flagged by reporting systems. A complete review and risk assessment is completed on the merchant when flagged. The team will also complete annual reviews for existing Merchants. We believe our partners and merchants are the most important aspect of our business, and our determination to be the best that Worldpay has to offer rings true with each associate through training, knowledge, and a desire to excel. What you'll own Direct communication with the sales representatives about the status and requirements for an accounts review. Placing or releasing balance holds on account funds as needed for provisionally approved accounts or setting a reserve if part of the credit requirement for boarding Assists with regulatory compliance review of higher risk accounts What you bring Previous experience or education in credit underwriting Knowledge of systems used daily for review such as Giact, Tincheck, Lexis Nexis and Equifax The ability to effectively communicate with sales and other support teams Detailed oriented for notes and communications Able to work under a Service Length Agreement of 4 hours for communications via email Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
