JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of Leadership Role Regal Rexnord is seeking a Division Senior FP&A Analyst within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. The Division Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in advancing the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions within the Division. This hybrid position will be based in Milwaukee. The position reports directly to the Division FP&A Manager. Key Accountabilities Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans and long range plans; collaborate with segment and finance teams to optimize and streamline processes across total Regal Rexnord. Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis. Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements. Leverage analytical skills and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data; effectively translate data into insights for business decision making. Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns. Perform analytics around commercial funnel and assist with orders / sales forecasting Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and M&A activity. Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed. Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies. Job Requirements Capabilities and Success Factors Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration MBA and/or CPA a plus At least 6 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of ERP systems Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication and persuasion skills Accurate, Detailed and Results oriented Strong Accountability Hands-on and bias for action High sense of urgency Change agent Intellectual ability to embrace and learn from the challenges associated with working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed organization. Able to quickly and effectively build trust, establish credibility and foster cross functional working relationships.
