DIRECT HIRE | SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER | Midwest This role involves leading large projects or multiple teams with minimal oversight. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project success, client satisfaction, profit and loss, risk management, and team leadership. *Travel required up to 100% within the Midwest. Open to candidates located in the Midwest (open to travel), company based in Kansas City. SEEKING PROJECT EXPERIENCE in: Healthcare, Science & Technology, Institutional Anticipate $140,000 - $155,000 (+/-), based on experience Full suite of benefits Car Allowance ($700/month) Bonus (typically 6-9% of base salary) Per Diem and Travel reimbursements Key Responsibilities: Preconstruction: Manage project proposal responses and lead the preconstruction process. Oversee bid package development, trade partner selection, and subcontracting. Develop schedules and manage the permitting process. Project Setup and Planning: Ensure operational performance and profitability. Handle project documentation and procurement processes. Schedule Management: Maintain accurate project schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders. Develop recovery plans for delays and manage master schedules. Budget Management: Execute the Project Financial Plan and manage project budgets. Oversee pay applications and change orders. Safety Management: Implement site-specific safety plans and conduct safety documentation. Ensure compliance with safety requirements from trade partners. Logistics & Self-Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Lead inspections and ensure documentation of corrections. Coordinate with quality managers on project standards. Documentation Meetings & Relationships Risk Management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management. Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite. Proven leadership skills and successful project management track record. Strong budget management and scheduling abilities. EEO
