Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:50 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hour work week) Location: Concord, NH (100% on-site) Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with solid office experience, including phone-based customer support. Medical or Dental industry preferred but not required Duties and Responsibilities: Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns over the phone. Research claims and coordinate information from other departments to address inquiries. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Authorize billing adjustments to resolve service-related concerns. Work closely with dental office staff to clarify coverage, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues, maintaining a positive relationship. Draft and send written correspondence via mail or email to answer customer questions or clarify benefits. Serve as backup for the Corporate Receptionist as needed. Ensure customer inquiries are addressed within 24 hours. Perform additional tasks as needed to meet corporate and departmental goals. Qualifications: Strong office experience, including customer service over the phone. A stable employment history is required (no frequent turnover). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
