Location: Fully onsite in Mission Viejo, CA 92653 Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours) Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri Responsibilities: Skilled in handling high volume phone calls Determines priority and type of call, and initiates problem solving Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Enters acquired data into the PC computer system Prepares cost estimates and contracts In response to incoming calls, provides status updates as requested. Works effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listens to and objectively considers ideas and suggestions from others; keeps commitments; keeps others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addresses others by name, title or other respectful identifier; and respects the diversity of our workforce in actions, words and deeds. Qualifications: At least 1 years of professional or relevant Customer Service experience We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will not accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).
