Practice Highlights at Yakima Pediatrics Pediatrician needed to provide primary health care and selective medical services/procedures to a pediatric/adolescent panel at our large, single specialty, outpatient clinic. Flexible full time schedule with no call, rounding, or attending deliveries. Expected visits per day 17-19+ or total visits of 726-812+ per quarter after ramp-up to meet community need. Opportunity to train resident physicians and med students. Opportunity to incorporate special interests into your practice with emphasis on eating disorders, gender-affirming care, and gyne clinical skills. Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus. Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. EMR: OCHIN EPIC. Premiums are $0-$25 p/m for employee and company subsidized premiums to add family. Generous PTO, EIT, and 9 paid holidays. CME time and allowances. Student Loan Repayment Programs and PSLF. Relocation and sign-on bonuses. Visa sponsorships available. Base salary: $190k-200k DOE with additional financial add-ons (if applicable), and uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus incentive of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits.

Qualifications MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent. Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency. Prefer adolescent medicine fellowship, or extensive experience in this specialty. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. DEA certificate, current BLS certificate. BE/BC required and preference for a CAQ in adolescent medicine. Great peer references and in good standing. Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans. Community Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild yet distinctive seasons. Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries, picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water sports/boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks, golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural hubs in the nation. 2-3 hour drive to Seattle, Spokane, or Portland. Airports at Yakima and Pasco (Tri Cities).
