Our client in the technology industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Technology Products Group organization supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have reliable attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $31.03 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform administrative duties such as conference room reservations, coordinating team meetings and site events, and facilitating catering
Assist with office moves, new hire workspace preparation, and booking travel, lodging, and expense reports
Prepare emails, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Conduct research and compile data for review as needed
Ensure smooth office operations by distributing incoming mail and packages, arranging and tracking package shipments, and maintaining office supply ordering and inventory
What's Needed?
2+ years of experience providing administrative support
Reliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet defined deadlines
Strong organization skills and ability to work well without direct supervision
