Description

Financial Analyst Responsibilites:

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on company performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted and forecasted results.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions and assess potential financial impacts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Gather data from departments to support accurate and comprehensive budget projections.
• Monitor budget adherence and provide insights into any variances.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to help guide strategic decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and identify trends.
• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
