Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning, from concept development to execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Organize and manage event schedules, materials, and logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events, handling setup, coordination, and post-event tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand objectives.
- Troubleshoot any event-day challenges to maintain smooth operations.
- Track event feedback and suggest improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software is advantageous.
