Local Colorado Springs general contractor that specializes in small commercial ground up and TI construction. With a large backlog of projects, they're looking to grow their team and are urgently hiring for an experienced Construction Superintendent.
Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
Construction Superintendent must have the following:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Manage project schedules and deadlines
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams
