A local healthcare facility serving the Flathead Valley since 2007, is hiring a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This healthcare center provides the highest quality of care and comprehensive patient centered services including integrated primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare for all ages.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to provide clinical leadership and oversight in our Behavioral Health/Substance Use department. - Consistent Schedule: Monday – Friday. 8 am – 5 pm. No weekends
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead and supervise clinical teams, ensuring high standards of care
- Develop and implement clinical programs, measure effectiveness, and ensure compliance
- Maintain collaborative relationships with school staff for operational oversight
- Conduct staff and external training sessions on mental health topics
- Oversee clinical documentation and supervise interns
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Critical thinking and program evaluation
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure (LCPC or LCSW) with 3+ years of experience
- Expertise in child development, family systems, trauma, and substance use
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 5+ years in clinical/mental health settings preferred
- Experience providing professional training and program development preferred
