We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting and Inventory Coordinator to join our clients team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in accounting and inventory management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient tracking of inventory levels. The ideal candidate is skilled in managing financial processes while maintaining oversight of inventory operations to support smooth business workflows.
Accounting *****
Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Generate and send customer invoices; manage collections
Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations
Reconcile inventory-related transactions and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes.
Inventory Management *****
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Track inventory levels, ensuring proper documentation of stock movements
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Purchasing & Supply Chain *****
Collaborate with procurement to manage stock replenishment
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely order fulfillment
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels
Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management is preferred but not required
2+ years in accounting, inventory management, or a similar role
Strong proficiency or proven ability to learn accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite) and inventory management tools
Intermediate Excel skills (will use pivot tables and VLookups to analyze inventory data)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
$55,000 - $70,000 / year
