Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
