Job Purpose
The Director of Operations oversees and manages the organization's day-to-day operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services to customers.
Tasks / Responsibilities
Developing and implementing operational strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Managing and optimizing operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.
Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Establishing and maintaining effective vendor and supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operations.
Identifying and implementing technology solutions and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Continuously assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive operational innovation and improvement.
Collaborating with senior management and providing operational insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of operational principles, practices, and methodologies.
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.
