Job Summary
As a Part-Time Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a seamless service experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include vehicle pick-up and delivery, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus.

Responsibilities
Coordinate directly with customers to schedule vehicle pick-up and delivery times and locations.
Drive customer vehicles safely and reliably, ensuring a clean driving record is maintained.
Provide excellent customer service by updating customers on vehicle transportation status, such as when you are on your way back or when special instructions apply to the pick-up or delivery.
Handle documentation, including having customers sign pre-written repair orders (ROs) and loaner car agreements.
Occasionally collect payments (cash or check) from customers when needed.
Maintain communication with Service Advisors to stay updated on vehicle status and coordinate return schedules.
Adapt to occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend runs based on customer needs (weekend availability is optional but not required).
Provide flexibility, with the potential to make between 1 to 5 runs per week, depending on demand.
Qualifications
A clean driving record and the ability to operate various vehicle types safely and confidently.
Strong people skills and a customer-first mentality.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle necessary documentation.
Dependability and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.
Previous driving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
