Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Quality Analyst will join the Test and Trace Corps' Data, Analytics, and Product Development Team. The role focuses on organizing, analyzing, and standardizing data to support the program's operational and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Data Quality Unit Director, key responsibilities include:
Ensuring consistent handling and classification of data to facilitate meaningful analysis.
Validating data completeness and accuracy, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance workflows.
Identifying and resolving potential data quality issues with cross-functional teams.
Developing and enforcing data cleanliness protocols for various data outputs.
Cleaning and processing large datasets efficiently.
Conducting audits and quality control (QC) on data analyses and visualizations for program needs.

Excel . Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and preemptively address data challenges. Excellent communication skills to explain data systems to non-technical audiences. High attention to detail and quality control expertise. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Public or Business Administration or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in management analysis or operational direction (2+ years in a supervisory role). OR a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (3+ years in a supervisory role). NYC residency preferred.
