McCaw at emccawpennstatehealth.psu.edu (MAILTO://emccawpennstatehealth.psu.edu) SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for leading and facilitating performance improvement initiatives within the hospital to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and overall quality outcomes. This role requires collaboration with medical, clinical, and administrative teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement evidence-based practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field Minimum Three (3) years experience in acute care clinical practice and quality improvement experience. Minimum Two (2) years experience progressive leadership experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): Current PA licensed Registered Nurse Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
