Looking for a talented Controller to oversee the financial operations during their growth period.
The experienced
Controller
will have a strong background in financial management, inventory and cost accounting, and ERP systems. You will play a key role in managing month-end close, reconciliations, and improving overall financial processes. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to significantly impact the financial function as the company scales. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of
month-end close , including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP. Manage the financial operations for multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and consolidations. Inventory and cost accounting : Manage and resolve variances between financial and on-hand inventory. Lead and mentor the teamb. Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and ensure system accuracy. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth strategies. Ensure
GAAP compliance
and provide tax-related expertise as needed. Collaborate with external consultants to address and resolve ERP system issues. Qualifications: CPA certification
is required. Proven experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller, ideally in a growing organization. Strong knowledge of
GAAP
and experience in
financial reporting . Hands-on experience with
ERP systems . Expertise in
inventory management
and
cost accounting . Ability to lead and mentor financial teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
