Clinical Role:

This is a permanent position Medical directors collaborate and support the clinical team, work alongside the hospital leadership and medical staff while serving as part of the clinical team Ideal candidates will be board-certified with at least 2 years of leadership experience, able to demonstrate clinical excellence with superior communication skills, practice clinically at the designated facility Qualifications also include a current or in-process Indiana licenses to practice, have active and current skills in the full breadth of the OB/Gyn specialty with the skill set and confidence to be the only covering provider in the event of an emergency, and a focus on providing quality care, placing the patient above all other considerations Flexibility in scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities and dedicated educational programs for our OB/Gyn hospitalists Full-time entails 168-192 hours per month Flexible scheduling 12-hour or 24-hour, in-house shifts available Medical director stipend Employee model with full benefits package Paid professional liability insurance with tail Access to wellness program, professional development tools and nation-wide network of OB/Gyn hospitalists Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
