An industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization is actively seeking a
Senior Human Resources Generalist
for their growing facility. This role will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies in several functional areas to advance business operations and provide high quality HR services. Position Overview Assist with the development and management of internal HR systems and policies. Strategically support various HR functions for the site including employee relations, payroll/benefits, training/development, talent acquisition, etc. Maintain employee files within HRIS (SAP and Workday preferred) Ensure organization/location compliance to legal and company policies and requirements. Lead and/or participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives. Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field. 4+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience with emphasis on employee relations. Union/Labor experience highly preferred Strong understanding of state and federal employment regulatory requirements. Strong communication and computer skills. HR certification (PHR) a plus.
