About the Role
The Director of Human Resources at EnchargeAI will report to the COO and will oversee the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the semiconductor industry and possess the leadership skills to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
This role can be remote; ideally the candidate will be based in the Bay Area and can be in our office in San Jose on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's technical and commercial goals. Partner with the executive team to shape organizational culture and workforce planning. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the AI/semiconductor sector. Oversee recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline. Lead performance management processes to drive accountability and high performance. Implement leadership development and employee training programs tailored to industry-specific needs. Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters. Manage HR-related risks, including those specific to the semiconductor industry, such as workforce mobility and intellectual property protection. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations globally. Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract top-tier talent. Oversee global compensation benchmarking and equity-based programs. Manage HR operations, including payroll, HRIS systems, and employee relations. Monitor and optimize HR budgets and resources. Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. Manage annual salary reviews and performance-based bonus plans. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with some in the semiconductor or related hardware industry. Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and change management. Exceptional leadership interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels. Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Salary Range:
$200,00 - $230,000
