About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and driven M&A/Special Projects Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for financial analysis, strategic growth initiatives, and operational excellence. The M&A/Special Projects Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in evaluating and executing merger and acquisition opportunities and leading high-impact special projects that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration. Conduct detailed financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessments to support deal-making decisions. Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Develop post-merger integration plans and monitor the success of acquisitions. Special Projects: Drive strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Prepare and present business cases, including financial analysis, to CEO and Board of Directors for approval. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret financial statements and KPIs to identify growth opportunities. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning related to Operations, M&A and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models. Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Familiarity with market research platforms and valuation methodologies.
