As a Maintenance Mechanic you will:
Ensure spare parts or services are ordered as required Implement operational improvements (spoilage, downtime, line speeds, etc.) Train others to operate equipment and produce products safely and efficiently Maintain organization of spare parts Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor Complete special projects and duties as assigned Continuously monitor and physically inspect production equipment Rebuild/ fabrication of equipment Welding mild and stainless steel Complete work orders Maintain logs and records
This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity. Work schedule is 3rd shift/graveyard 10pm to 6:30 am 5 days a week 8 hours a day. They may be working at least one weekend day, and overtime.
There could be future opportunities to move to 1st or 2nd shift. Flexibility for this role is key.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Degree or equivalent 2+ years in a manufacturing/production environment Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repair required
Pay Rate: $29/HR to $31/HR
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
