Overview:

This position is 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the Evening Shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 32 hours per week.

What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each resident’s needs Assist with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity Monitor health status, vital signs, and medication administration Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement personalized care plans Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness What We’re Looking For: A current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin Min of 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab A heartfelt commitment to resident care and well-being Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others Why Join Us?
