Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and a strong work ethic to align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler 1 Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Clean and deburr parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions Mark and tag components to track and identify stock inventory Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly Pack finished assemblies for shipment and transport them to storage areas What's Needed? Six months to 18 months of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work the night shift (midnight - 8:00 a.m.) Monday - Friday Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment What's in it for me?
