Kelly Services is partnered with a large logistics company in the Green Bay area in search of an Operations Representative II. This is an on-site position that is full-time and contract, expected to end 6/1/2025.
Pay Rate: $18-19 per hour based on level of experience
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:30pm-11:30pm

This Operations Representative II will provide creative solutions that exceed driver and customer expectations. This person will ensure pick-up and delivery requirements are met while maintaining an excellent safety record and retain drivers.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with drivers to meet customers' needs.
- Resolve customer service issues, cargo claims and equipment problems.
- Schedule required training sessions for drivers.
- Answer pay settlement questions from drivers.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Can work in a fast-paced, team environment.
