Neurology Physician

Seeking a full-time (4.0 or 4.5 days/week) BE/BC neurologist to join a highly productive, skilled, and popular neurologist and selected outreach clinic sites to help meet clinical demands for services and build a neurology service. Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (adolescents age 16 and older as well as adults) including: * medication management * education and counseling of patients and families * ordering diagnostic tests * referral to related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locally * referral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers * communication with PCP s. Most commonly diagnoses encountered are: * Migraine * Memory Loss * Essential Tremor * Parkinson's Disease * Cognitive Impairment * Dizziness * Epilepsy * Multiple Sclerosis * Polyneuropathy * Headache Partners with other members of neurology team (e.g., neurologist colleague, radiologist, EEG technologists, MA s and RN s, physical therapists). Infrequently provides consultation for inpatients (0-3 times/week).
