Family Practice - Without OB Physician

* Coverage Needed * January 13 - Ongoing * Schedule * Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm * Clinical Details * 18 patients per shift * Mix of pediatrics and adults * Chart closures within 72 hours * Requirements * Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (5 years or less from Residency) * Active CA license required * Active DEA required * BLS required * 3 years experience in a similar setting * The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). * Support Staff * 1 RN * 2 MA's * EMR * Epic
