We are looking for a HYBRID Executive Assistant to join a great team in Greensboro! This is a contract position. 

We are looking for someone with:

• Calendar Management
• Global Travel (important to understand time zones, visa documentation, passports)
• Supported multiple leaders (will support, SVP, 3 VP’s, 2-3 Sr. Director/Directors)
• Ability to multi-task
• Onsite 2-3 days a week
• Coordination with global partners
