We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Lombard, Illinois. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing traffic image and video reviews, making initial approval or rejection decisions and handling daily supervisory confirms.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate and process traffic violations based on established procedures
• Regularly review and update the Supervisor Confirm file records, ensuring accurate visual match of vehicle make and lane
• Manually modify owner names and addresses exceeding 30 characters before confirmation
• Assist in reviewing violation records with difficult to acquire license plates via LexisNexis
• Communicate and identify effective strategies to enhance the operational process
• Regularly monitor and review customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Efficiently manage customer applications, ensuring accurate data entry
• Maintain comprehensive customer credit records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations
• Ensure accurate scanning and typing of relevant documents.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in Customer Service is required.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is a must.
• Ability to handle Email Correspondence efficiently.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
• Demonstrable ability to Organize Files effectively.
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately.
• Experience in Scanning documents is needed.
• Excellent Typing skills are required.
