Job Description
We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Working within the healthcare industry, this role involves the analysis of financial statements, variance, and ad-hoc reports, along with the creation of presentations based on financial data.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and anomalies
• Conducting variance analysis to identify significant differences
• Pulling ad-hoc reports as needed for financial assessment
• Running reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data
• Creating data-driven presentations to convey financial information
• Utilizing accounting software systems for financial management
• Leveraging CRM and Crystal Reports for data mining techniques
• Performing accounting functions, including accrual accounting
• Conducting audits to ensure financial compliance
• Managing budget processes and capital management initiatives
