Position: Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist in managing customer accounts, posting payments, and resolving outstanding balances.
Collections: Work diligently to recover overdue payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Backup for Payroll: Provide support to the payroll team as needed, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Qualifications:
2+ years of previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
