Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Cloud Product Owner to lead the strategic progression and optimization of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Oracle HCM platform meets the evolving needs of the business, while driving maximum value and innovation in HR processes. This role is responsible for supporting HCM users, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a strong background in HR processes, coupled with superuser hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. As part of TTX's Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) team, the incumbent will work closely with Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Finance, and Operations departments to deliver on key objectives.
· Subject Matter Expert: Go-to Oracle HCM expert with focus on the following modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, and Benefits.
· User Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to end users, ensuring they have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM functionality. Act as HR's primary point of contact for system and process related questions. Assist users with reporting needs. Create and refine user documentation, job aids, and training materials for Oracle HCM modules. Conduct user training sessions to ensure HR teams and other stakeholders are proficient in using the system.
· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the Oracle HCM product roadmap, aligning with the overall business and HR strategy. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business goals, and Oracle mandates.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison amongst HR, IT, Finance and other business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into solutions. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments. Partner with CoE members to identify opportunities to enhance the process and system, with ability to effectively communicate ideas to the team.
· Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Gain a deep understanding of our business processes. Continuously evaluate HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR teams to drive operational efficiencies and automation through the Oracle HCM system.
· Feature Prioritization & Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the highest priority items. Lead meetings and ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined with the business and well understood by the development team.
· System Implementation & Upgrades: Oversee the implementation of new Oracle HCM modules, functionalities, and system upgrades. Ensure successful integration with other non-Oracle enterprise systems and platforms. Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules. Test Oracle quarterly upgrades.
· Vendor Management: Work closely with Oracle, our Managed Service Provider, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and implement new features. Stay up-to-date on Oracle HCM updates, patches, and best practices. Participate in Oracle Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to advocate for capabilities that benefit TTX.
· Compliance & Security: Ensure the Oracle HCM platform complies with relevant data protection regulations and internal security policies, particularly in regard to employee data and system access.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications: Required
· 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role, with at least 3 years specifically managing Oracle HCM products (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
· In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
· Experience building custom reports and data extracts using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) to deliver insights on HR metrics, workforce trends.
· Preparing deliverables including design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.
· Ability to support training of internal team members with the heart of a teacher.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Qualifications: Preferred
· Oracle HCM certifications, MBA
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Skills to visually describe the detailed flow of a process, using flowcharts
Basic understanding of railroad industry data and systems null
